Dr. Tseng has been a Research Scientist at Kaiser Permanente, Southern California since November 2008. The focus of Dr. Tseng’s work has been in infectious diseases and vaccine safety and effectiveness studies, including zoster, varicella, rubella, hepatitis B, Japanese encephalitis vaccines, pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in children, and pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine in adults. He is experienced in working with multicenter studies and has expertise in analytical methods for a variety of health claim dataset. He is currently the Principal Investigator for two Vaccine Safety DataLink studies funded by CDC, the ZOSTAVAX™ vaccine safety study and the PCV 13 Rapid Cycle Analysis study.
