Biography
Dr. Tracy Becerra-Culqui has clinical and research expertise in pediatrics. Earlier in her career, Dr. Becerra-Culqui practiced as an occupational therapist working with children with developmental delays and managing early childhood health outcomes in underserved communities.
Dr. Becerra-Culqui has conducted epidemiologic research on the effects of environmental factors on pregnancy and autism. Since joining the Department of Research & Evaluation, her experience also includes health services research in cancer, autism, and transgender care. Her focus as a post-doctoral research fellow is on vaccine research, specifically assessing the safety of vaccines administered during pregnancy and early childhood.
